Spar Byron Bay

Spar Byron Bay was an extremely challenging project. The location chosen was never designed to have a supermarket in it. Therefore cold rooms, freezer rooms and plant locations were all items that required a lot of lateral thinking being spread out over three different levels. This project required a large amount of project management to ensure all partners in the project were able to come up with workable and cost effective solutions.

The end product was an very modern, good looking and practical supermarket which gave Byron Bay a real alternative the big chains.
